We’re Working on Changes to Serve You Better!

We want to take a moment to express our gratitude to you for your patience during these very busy times as we all adjust to the new normal of doing business during a pandemic.  

Since our reopening post-COVID-19 temporary closure, we had a few issues related to the printer becoming offset or running out of paper and creating out of order notices, as well as the depots overflowing due to high volumes. We are also experiencing bag processing delays and want to reassure you that our partner redemption centre has recruited extra staff to process Re-Centre bags – accounts will start being updated much more quickly soon. 

Our team has been for some time studying best practices from what we have learned from Re-Centre, our sister pilot project Re-Express, and member feedback – and we are busy working on these changes to alleviate such issues, and make Re-Centre better than ever. 

Stay tuned for the official launch of these new exciting new changes – anticipated in the coming weeks! We will notify you once they take effect.
