Payment Option: Cheque

The cheque option in your Re-Centre online account requests that a cheque be sent to you by mail.

Choose the amount from your balance that you want sent by cheque and follow the steps.

Note that the cheque will be sent to the mailing address that we have on file for your Re-Centre account. You will be given the opportunity to confirm or change this address when requesting a cheque.

Please allow for up to 5 business days for your cheque request to be processed. Expect a few extra days as well for receiving your cheque in the mail.

If you lose your cheque or do not receive your cheque after a reasonable period of time and we are required to do a stop payment on the cheque and reissue payment, a service fee may apply.

You need a minimum balance of $50 in your Re-Centre account to access the cheque option.
